About the Role:
Concord EC is seeking a detail-oriented Administrator to support day-to-day operations and ensure the smooth functioning of office activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee administrative tasks, including scheduling, record-keeping, and correspondence.
  • Coordinate with teams to facilitate project documentation and approvals.
  • Manage office supplies, vendor relationships, and equipment maintenance.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Prepare regular reports on administrative activities for management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and office management tools.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
