Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Civil Bid Engineer with 8-10 years of experience in preparing and reviewing technical proposal files for tenders. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of project methodology and technical requirements, ensuring that all proposals are comprehensive, accurate, and align with client specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review technical proposal files for civil infrastructure project tenders.
- Develop and review project methodologies, ensuring they align with client requirements and industry standards.
- Collaborate with project teams to gather all necessary technical information for proposal preparation.
- Ensure that all technical aspects of the proposal are clearly documented and presented in a professional manner.
- Conduct thorough reviews of technical submissions to ensure compliance with tender requirements.
- Identify potential technical risks and provide recommendations for mitigation.
- Work closely with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to address any technical queries related to the proposal.
- Assist in the preparation of technical presentations and supporting documents for client meetings.
- Review and analyze tender documents to ensure a complete understanding of project scope and requirements.
- Support the bid management team in the negotiation and finalization of technical aspects of contracts.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- 8-10 years of experience in preparing and reviewing technical proposals for civil infrastructure projects.
- Strong understanding of civil engineering principles and project methodologies.
- Experience in tendering processes and technical proposal preparation.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
- Strong communication and technical writing skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in relevant engineering and proposal management software.
Preferred Skills:
