As an integral part of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and analyzing the financial aspects of a diverse array of projects from inception through to finalization. Your expertise will be crucial in guiding financial decision-making and ensuring the successful execution of our projects through detailed financial reporting and strategic insights.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare financial modules for new projects, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company standards.
- Conduct and update financial studies to provide insights and support decision-making for project-related activities.
- Manage and consolidate budgets, identifying KPIs to monitor financial performance and align with market segments.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports, presenting clear and actionable insights to management and stakeholders.
Skills:
– Financial analysis: Strong skills in preparing financial modules for new projects and conducting financial studies.
– Budget management: Expertise in budgeting preparation, consolidation, and identifying KPIs for budgets and market segments.
– Reporting: Proficient in preparing monthly and quarterly financial reports.
– Microsoft Office proficiency: Advanced knowledge of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
– Language: Good command of the English language.
– Industry knowledge: Experience in the construction industry is preferred.
Qualifications:
– Must be a CFA holder (Chartered Financial Analyst).
– CMA certification (Certified Management Accountant) is a plus.
