In this key role, you will be responsible for overseeing and enforcing safety practices across our construction sites. You will conduct safety inspections, monitor compliance with safety regulations, and lead safety training programs for employees. Your expertise will be vital in identifying and mitigating potential hazards, ensuring a safe working environment, and supporting the successful execution of projects while upholding the highest safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and enforce safety policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry regulations and company standards.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify and address potential hazards.
- Lead safety training sessions and drills for employees to enhance their understanding of safety protocols and emergency procedures.
- Investigate safety incidents and accidents, preparing detailed reports and recommending corrective actions.
- Collaborate with management to develop and implement strategies for improving safety performance and culture.
