Planning Manager

About the Role:
As Planning Manager at Concord EC, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning and scheduling of our large-scale construction, infrastructure, and tunneling projects. You’ll ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to our sustainability and quality goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop detailed project plans and schedules, coordinating all aspects of the project lifecycle from initiation to completion.
  • Monitor project progress against timelines, identifying potential delays and making necessary adjustments to keep projects on track.
  • Work with project teams and subcontractors to allocate resources effectively, optimizing efficiency and minimizing costs.
  • Prepare and present progress reports, communicating with senior management and clients about project status, risks, and opportunities.
  • Analyze project performance data, providing insights and recommendations to improve future planning efforts.
  • Utilize tools such as Primavera P6, MS Project, and other project management software to maintain up-to-date and accurate scheduling.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in project planning and scheduling for large-scale construction or infrastructure projects.
  • Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, and other project management tools.
  • Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to foresee challenges and offer solutions.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and teamwork skills, with a commitment to delivering projects within scope and timeframes.
