Concord Construction is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Control Engineer to join our team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for ensuring that all construction projects meet the highest standards of quality and compliance. Your duties will include developing and implementing quality control procedures, conducting inspections and tests, and collaborating with project teams to address any quality issues. Your expertise will be essential in maintaining project standards, enhancing operational efficiency, and ensuring successful project outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and inspect concrete mixing, placement, and curing processes to ensure adherence to quality standards and project specifications.
Conduct tests on concrete samples, including strength, consistency, and durability tests, and evaluate results to ensure compliance with specifications.
Maintain detailed records of quality control activities, including test results, inspection reports, and compliance documentation.
Identify and address quality issues or non-conformities in concrete works, implementing corrective actions as needed.
Work closely with project managers, engineers, and construction teams to ensure quality standards are met throughout the construction process.
Ensure all concrete works comply with industry standards, safety regulations, and project requirements.
