Concord Construction is seeking a highly skilled and proactive Quality Control Supervisor to join our team. In this essential role, you will oversee and manage the quality control processes across our construction projects. Your responsibilities will include supervising quality control teams, ensuring compliance with project specifications and industry standards, and conducting thorough inspections and audits. Your expertise will be crucial in identifying and addressing quality issues, implementing corrective actions, and maintaining high standards to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage quality control processes for concrete mixing, placement, and curing.
Perform regular inspections of concrete work to ensure compliance with project specifications and quality standards.
Supervise and conduct tests on concrete samples, such as strength, consistency, and durability tests.
Maintain accurate records of quality control activities, including test results and inspection reports.
Identify quality issues and non-conformities, and implement corrective actions to address them.
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and construction teams to ensure quality standards are consistently met.
