In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing the execution of roadworks and concrete projects, ensuring adherence to project specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations. Your expertise will be essential in managing project timelines, coordinating with various teams, and delivering successful outcomes in complex construction environments.

 

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee and manage the execution of roadworks and concrete projects, ensuring adherence to project specifications and timelines.
2. Coordinate with various teams to ensure efficient workflow and resolve any issues that arise during project execution.
3. Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations on all construction sites.
4. Monitor and control project budgets, providing updates and recommendations to management.
5. Prepare and review progress reports, and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
6. Supervise and mentor project teams, ensuring high performance and professional development.

 

Skills:

Strong experience in managing roadworks and concrete execution projects.

Proficient in roadworks and concrete construction techniques and standards.

Skilled in controlling project budgets and financial planning.

Ability to prepare detailed progress reports and provide clear insights.

Knowledge of safety regulations and standards in construction.

Qualifications:

   – Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role focused on roadworks and concrete execution.

   – Experience in construction companies is preferred.
