In this critical role, you will oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of roadworks and concrete projects, ensuring that all activities are performed to the highest standards of quality and safety. Your responsibilities will include supervising on-site teams, coordinating project activities, and ensuring compliance with technical specifications and project timelines. Your leadership and expertise will be key to delivering successful and efficient project outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee roadworks and concrete projects, ensuring all activities align with project specifications and deadlines.
- Efficiently manage on-site operations, including resource allocation and workforce coordination.
- Perform regular site inspections to uphold safety standards and maintain quality control.
- Address and resolve any project-related issues swiftly to keep progress on track.
- Prepare comprehensive progress reports, offering insights and recommendations to senior management.
- Facilitate effective communication and coordination between project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.
