Residential region:
Construction of 123 luxurious villas, with a total built-up area of 87,411 m2 . Each villa consists of a basement, ground floor, first floor and service room. Landscape area is 24,000 m2, and roads and parking area is approximately 78,000 m2. Social and entertainment club: The clubhouse total area is 8,000 m2 , composed of a swimming pool, gym, tennis court and squash courts, as well as bowling and billiards lounges.
