The scope of services included: • Excavation and backfilling works (quantities of 1,3 Million m3), • Soil stabilization in some sectors, • Concrete works to protect against rains and floods, • Aggregate base-Course layers with a thickness of 20 cm and • Paving, Asphalt Layers with a thickness of 11 cm.
