The project has three main zones; Commercial, Residential, and Administrative.

Concord scope was the construction of two towers.
• Towers Height: 80m.
• The foot print of two towers is approximately 1800m² each, while the connecting podium area is expected to be around 5580m2.
• 2 Basements, 5 Floor podium, the 3rd Level of the Podium acts as an out door space for different building users as it accommodates variety of greenery and water features. The towers have been divided into two main
masses, with different functions attributed to each tower.
• Tower 1 is occupied by a 14-floors Hotel.
• Tower 2 is occupied by a16-floors offers spaces for Administrative entities in the lower level of the Tower, while the upper level Is reserved for Private Residential spaces for the Hotel.
